The founder and owner of Pearlcium is Dr Rulin Xiu.

A Native of Xian, China, Dr. Rulin Xiu is a graduate of UC Berkeley, where she was awarded her doctoral degree in physics in 1994. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Xiu founded Pharm East, Inc. in Washington DC. In 1999 she went on to establish Pharm China, a research and manufacturing facility managed by her family in China. In 2002, she established Pharm East Hawaii, which quickly became Hawaii's #1 noni producer in just over a year.

Fascinated by Chinese and Tibetan herbal medicine since childhood, Dr. Xiu searches all over the world to find and develop the most effective remedies for optimum health. She researches, studies, invents and develops unique herbal formulas, mainly based on ancient Asian medicine and modern research. Since 1996, she has developed, licensed out and manufactured patented, proprietary formulas. Some of these formulations are now among the best-selling in the natural products industry.

To ensure the high efficacy of her products, all of the ingredients and formulas used in Dr. Xiu's products are produced at her own manufacturing facilities located in China and Hawaii. She puts strong emphasize on quality control at every stage of processing, from raw ingredient selection, harvesting to processing. In addition, she supports clinical research to substantiate her products' health advantage. At Pearlcium, we believe it is important to respect the character of pearl. First, we select the precise locations where the pearls with the optimal healing effects grow. Then, we work with local farmers and collectors to grow and collect the pearls in a way that maximizes their potency. We think that the trend in the herb industry toward standardization is a dangerous one. Herbs are powerful substances and standardizing them could damage their healing effect and increase the likelihood of side effects. To maximize the healing effects of pearl, we utilize a proprietary, patent pending full-spectrum extraction processing technique.

The ingredient in Pearlcium is produced in Pearlcium's parent company, Pharm East's own factories, which have strict quality control standards in place to ensure safety and efficacy. The active components of pearls are tested by full-spectrum high-pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis before and after processing. We also test our raw materials and finished products to ensure they are free of heavy metals, microbial and other harmful chemicals.

Janice Godwin - Pearl Founder

Janice Godwin, Pearlcium's Master Distributor, is a 25 year veteran of the Network Marketing industry. She lives near Wilmington, NC on a horse farm that she owns.

Janice brings skills learned from owning three successful traditional businesses, as well as being a head hunter for some of the largest Corporations, plus what she has learned in the networking arena, to Pearlcium.

She's been at the top of every Networking Company she has been involved in, and has helping start 5 different Networking companies with her recruiting and marketing skills, including audio and video motivational speaking and training. She loves marketing and has the creative energy, not only to develop a company, but take it to the top.

Russell Sneeden - Pearl Founder

Russell Sneeden is a top producing network marketing person. He lives in NC He is personally sponsored by Janice the Master Distributor, in fact he is the first she called about this company because she knows how successful he is.

Marty Peoples - Pearl Founder

Marty Peoples is well named. She is a people lady. She is currently living in AZ.

Marty is certified in Herbology and Iridology. She also studied Reflexology, Muscle Response Testing, etc. in her quest to better serve her fellow man. She has successful network marketing business and is a strong leader for us.

Before retiring she traveled extensively throughout the western U.S. lecturing on herbs and their historical uses. Dedicating herself to helping others achieve quality health, she has found what she considers to be the ultimate product to achieve that lifelong goal in Pearlcium.

Marjorie Oberlander - Pearl Founder

Marjorie Oberlander has 18 years experience as a district manager in Optical Sales and began over 20 years ago building large network teams with various unique and proven products. She resides in San Diego, CA.

Marjorie believes strongly in "being a product of the product" if you want to succeed in Networking. As people see how young she looks and functions at 62, it is easy for her to attract new business.
